Common questions
How fast are transfers?
Most transfers complete within 30 seconds to 2 minutes. You can track every transfer from Queued to In progress to Paid in your transaction history.
How do I track a transaction?
Open the transaction from your history to see its live status. If a transfer appears stuck, use the Requery option on its detail view to refresh the latest status.
What do I need to verify my account?
Senders complete KYC before sending. You'll need a government-issued ID and basic personal details. Verification is usually quick and only needs to be done once.
A transfer failed or is delayed. What should I do?
Most delays resolve automatically. If a transfer hasn't completed after a few minutes, contact us at support@croxpay.com with your transaction reference and we'll investigate right away.
How do I report a problem or request a refund?
Reach out to support@croxpay.com with your account email and the relevant transaction reference. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in line with our policy.
